What we collect
The records you choose to upload, the explanations we generate from them, your account details, and the basics needed to run the service. We ask for a date of birth only when you turn on a feature that needs it.
How we use it
To read and explain your records, organize them into a timeline, and let the family members you invite see them. That is all.
What we never do
We never sell your information, never use your records to train AI, and never send health details over text message.
Keeping and deleting
You can remove an individual record yourself at any time, and you can ask us to delete your whole account. Deletion is request-based today and handled through our deletion process.
Who can see your records
Only the family members you invite, and only for the people they are given access to. We keep a private access log of who views each record.
