Terms
This is a plain-language summary of the terms of using Ouvela. Full legal terms are being finalized.
What Ouvela is
Ouvela reads your medical records and explains them in plain language. It organizes a timeline and helps you prepare questions for your doctor.
What Ouvela is not
Ouvela does not give medical advice or a diagnosis, and never tells you whether something is serious or what to do. It explains what a record says. Decisions belong to you and your doctor.
Your account and consent
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for uploading only records you are allowed to manage. When you add someone else's records, you confirm you have their consent or the lawful basis to act for them.
No medical warranty
Reads can be imperfect. We keep the original record beside every explanation and flag when we are unsure. Always check anything important against the original and with your doctor.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows, and we will keep this page current.
